THE WELL New York Digital & Physical Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Purchasing Gift Cards

+ THE WELL New York Digital Gift Cards (the “Gift Cards”) are issued and managed by [WRIICorp., a Delaware corporation] (“THE WELL”).
+ The Gift Cards may be purchased online at the-well.com/new-york/gift-cards or in-person at THE WELL New York, located at 2 East 15th Street New York, NY.
+ The Gift Cards can only be loaded with whole dollar amounts.
+ Please allow 24 hours for your Gift Card purchase to be processed and for the Gift Card to be active.

Redeeming Digital & Physical Gift Cards

+ Gift Cards are only applicable for THE WELL New York — redeemable for services, classes and products — and must be present at the time of redemption.

+ Gift Cards cannot be used for e-commerce purchases on THE WELL website (www.the-well.com), at Kitchen & Table or to purchase additional Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
+ If the amount of your Gift Card does not cover the total purchase amount, you must pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid form of payment.
+ Sales tax is not charged when buying Gift Cards; however, purchases paid for with Gift Cards will be charged applicable sales tax.
+ Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen or used without permission.
+ THE WELL New York Digital & Physical Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash except where required by law.
+ THE WELL New York Digital & Physical Gift Cards expire nine years from the date of issue.
+ THE WELL New York Digital & Physical Gift Cards are not reloadable or resalable.
+ The Gift Cards are transferable but non-refundable.

Additional Terms and Conditions

+ To the full extent permissible by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to gift cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the full extent permissible by law, in the event a gift card is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, will be the replacement of that gift card.
+ Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Gift Card terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and some items may not be available for purchase. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions. Use of a Gift Card is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
