What is gut health?
“Gut health” refers to the delicate balance between the many parts of the GI tract, including the 100 trillion bacteria that live in the gut — known as the microbiome. Improving your gut health requires minimizing the amount of “bad” bacteria and increasing the amount of “good” bacteria present in your microbiome. The Gut Complex and Clean Green Protein (included in the Cleanse) contain ingredients that help do both.
Why is gut health important?
Gut health impacts nearly all of the body’s major systems. Most frequently, an imbalanced microbiome shows itself through digestion-related discomfort, such as bloating, constipation and gas. Can I do the Cleanse if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. Due to the herbs in the Gut Complex and Clean Green Protein products, the Cleanse is not suitable for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
I am vegan or vegetarian. Can I still do the Cleanse?
Our supplements are not 100% vegan.
If you are vegetarian, you can absolutely still do the Cleanse. There are suggestions for how to do this in the dietary guidelines. Essentially, instead of animal proteins, you can opt for beans for protein and will need to make sure you get plenty of healthy fats from avocados, nuts/seeds and healthy oils.
Are your products dairy- and soy-free?
Will I be hungry all the time?
No! Unlike other cleanses that consist of only powders and shakes, THE WELL Cleanse will nourish your body with whole, nutritious foods that will help you feel full for longer and keep cravings at bay.
