Note: Be sure none of these nibbles have any added sugar, especially the ones that come prepackaged.

  • Sliced green apple with almond butter
  • Handful of nuts or seeds
  • Nut butter packet
  • Hard-boiled egg with seasoning
  • Grass-fed beef, salmon or turkey jerky (check out Epic and The New Primal)
  • Handful of fresh berries
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut yogurt with berries
  • Handful of olives
  • Hu Kitchen crackers (try topping with 1/2 an avocado)
  • Sliced veggies (cucumber, bell pepper, carrots, green beans)
  • Lightly Salted Toasted Coconut Chips
  • Organic seaweed snacks (with olive oil)
  • Celery sticks with almond butter
  • Homemade guacamole and raw veggies
