Berry Green Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop THE WELL Clean Green Protein powder

Optional toppings: chia seeds, coconut flakes, nut butter, goji berries, flax seeds, cacao nibs

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. (If needed, add additional water 1 tbsp at a time until desired consistency is reached.)
  2. Spoon into a bowl and enjoy with toppings of choice.

Blueberry Vanilla Almond Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 scoop THE WELL Clean Green Protein powder
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Green Almond Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup organic spinach
  • 1 tbsp unsalted and unsweetened almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 scoop THE WELL Clean Green Protein powder

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add ice for additional chill.

Strawberry smoothie

Coconut Strawberry Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop THE WELL Clean Green Protein powder

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Creamy Berry Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup frozen organic berries (any combination of blueberries, strawberries and/or raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup organic cauliflower 
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or other nut milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1 scoop THE WELL Clean Green Protein powder

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Chocolate Cinnamon Shake

Serves 1

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1 scoop THE WELL Clean Green Protein powder

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender bottle and shake.

Chia Coconut Shake

Serves 1

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions:

Build Your Own Breakfast Smoothie

Serves 1

Protein:

  • 1 scoop THE WELL Clean Green Protein powder

Liquid (1/2 to 1 cup): 

  • Filtered water
  • Coconut milk (unsweetened)
  • Almond milk (unsweetened)
  • Cashew milk (unsweetened)
  • Hemp milk (unsweetened)

Frozen Berries (1/2 cup, optional):

  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Blackberries
  • Mixed berries

Greens & Veggies (1 handful):

  • Spinach
  • Kale
  • Romaine
  • Swiss chard
  • Frozen cauliflower

Healthy fat (1 tablespoon):

  • Almond butter
  • Coconut butter
  • Avocado

Flavor Boosters (optional):

  • Cinnamon
  • Ginger
  • Mint
  • Cacao powder
  • Goji berries
  • Monk fruit or stevia (if added sweetness is desired)

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a blender and run until smooth and creamy. Add water and a few ice cubes, if needed.
